Saxton & Stump announced Jan. 6 a new executive-level position titled director of success, and tapped Sara C. Arndt—a business leader with a background in legal operations, digital marketing and finance—to fill the role.
Arndt adds perspective for strategic planning and initiatives to ensure the continued growth and success of the firm, its affiliate companies and their clients.
She cultivates recruiting and lateral hire integration programs to support seamless transitions. She also works directly with the CEO and collaborates with department managers to ensure that resources are deployed strategically and effectively to achieve the firm's goals.
