Today, many contingency law firms are guided by the noble-if-not-overly-idealistic belief that if they do well by their clients, everything will take care of itself.
In a sense, that is true. Contingency firms that secure favorable results for their clients and do everything they can to ensure their clients have wonderful client experiences can expect to receive referrals, positive online reviews, and client testimonials. All three are key drivers of growth for a law firm, regardless of the areas of law its lawyers practice.
