Pittsburgh-based Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott added to its Philadelphia practice a trio of litigators, hailing from three local midsize firms, with experience defending health care clients against catastrophic loss and significant injury claims.

Jacquelyn Ager, Donna Y. Kramer and M. Sean Maravich joined the firm as members from Conrad O’Brien, Post & Schell and Burns White, respectively, Eckert Seamans announced Tuesday. Albert G. Bixler, member-in-charge of the Philadelphia office, said the three bring a collective 75 years of experience defending physicians, nurses and other medical providers against malpractice, negligence and other significant claims.
