Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young has announced that corporate partners Deborah Hong and Anastasia C. Sheffler-Wood have been elected to serve as members of the firm's board of directors.
Hong focuses her practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. She advises a number of publicly held and privately owned companies in the technology, financial services, manufacturing and consumer products sectors. Hong also provides corporate and strategic business counseling for a variety of clients.
Hong is an active member of civic, charitable and industry organizations. Hong serves on the board of directors of the Main Line Chamber of Commerce, the leadership advisory council of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania and the steering committee of the Philadelphia chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth's diversity, equity and inclusion initiative.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.
