Lamb McErlane partner Max O'Keefe has been appointed to the board of the Philadelphia Film Society (PFS).
PFS is a member-supported nonprofit arts organization that creates opportunities for diverse communities to experience film through initiatives that inspire, educate, challenge and entertain.
At Lamb McErlane, O'Keefe is a partner in the litigation and municipal practice groups. He handles a variety of municipal, land use, property tax, administrative and environmental law matters, and advises townships, boroughs, school districts and municipal authorities, as well as corporations and individuals.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
