Defense attorneys at Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich removed a product liability lawsuit against CVS Health and Combe Incorporated to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court on Tuesday. The suit, filed by Eckell Sparks on behalf of Jean Moore and Timothy Moore, pertains to personal injuries allegedly arising from the usage of the Just for Men hair dye product. The case is 2:22-cv-00320, Moore et al v. Combe Incorporated et al.
