Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr filed a trademark infringement lawsuit Tuesday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court on behalf of moving company Ace Relocation Systems Inc. The suit accuses Ace Relocation Services LLC of using a nearly identical mark in the same market as the plaintiff to mislead customers. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-00317, Ace Relocation Systems, Inc. v. Ace Relocation Services, LLC.
