Nordstrom and NIHC Inc. sued Eli Z Group d/b/a Nord Tuesday in Pennsylvania Western District Court for alleged trademark infringement and false advertising. The case, filed by the Webb Law Firm, contends that the defendant’s use of the ‘Nord’ name to sell products online causes a false association with Nordstrom that confuses consumers. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-00138, Nordstrom, Inc. et al v. Eli Zeta S.L.
