Lawyers at Cipriani & Werner on Wednesday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Starbucks to Pennsylvania Western District Court. The suit was filed by Apessos Law on behalf of Delgardo Scott. The case is 2:22-cv-00148, Scott v. Starbucks Corporation et al.
