Contractual DisputesClark Hill filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Thursday in Pennsylvania Western District Court on behalf of Langeloth Metallurgical Co. LLC. The complaint pursues claims against Infineum USA L.P. for alleged failure to pay invoices totaling nearly $3.5 million. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-00157, Langeloth Metallurgical Co. LLC v. Infineum USA L.P.
