The Hempfield Foundation has named Barley Snyder partner Peter J. Faben to its board of directors.
The nonprofit organization supports the Hempfield School District's educational mission by providing grants to the district's faculty and staff for projects and innovative teaching methods that the district may not have been able to pay for itself. It also awards scholarships to graduating seniors for their post-secondary education.
Faben and his family live in East Hempfield Township and the older of his two children is already enrolled in the district. Faben is a member of the Barley Snyder litigation practice group and the health care industry group.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
