RetailFive Below, a teen-centric discount retailer with more than 1,000 U.S. locations, was sued Thursday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court over alleged disability-based employment discrimination and sexual harassment. The court case was filed by Karpf, Karpf & Cerutti on behalf of Timothy Harris. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-00438, Harris v. Five Below, Inc.
