Attorneys at Stevens & Lee on Thursday removed a wage-and-hour class action lawsuit against Global Scaffold Construction Services Inc. and its vice president Christopher Fannin to Pennsylvania Western District Court. The suit was filed by Jubelirer, Pass & Intrieri on behalf of current and former employees who worked for the defendants on the construction of the Pennsylvania Petrochemical Complex, also known as the Shell Cracker Plant. The case is 2:22-cv-00200, Merryman v. Global Scaffold Construction Services Inc. et al.
