Samsung Electronics, the South Korean device maker, was sued Monday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court over property damage arising from an allegedly faulty product. The court case was filed by de Luca Levine LLC on behalf of Amguard Insurance Company. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-00479, Amguard Insurance Company v. Samsung Electronics America, Inc.
