Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young has recruited another high-ranking attorney from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to counsel financial services clients in securities litigation.

Jan M. Folena, former supervisory assistant chief litigation counsel in the SEC’s enforcement division, joined Stradley Ronon after more than 20 years of litigating in federal court as a government attorney. Based in the firm’s Philadelphia headquarters, Folena began practicing as a partner in the firm’s securities litigation and enforcement practice Jan. 31.
