Wellpath LLC and three medical doctors were hit with a lawsuit seeking damages for pain and suffering Monday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was brought by Jubelirer Law on behalf of an inmate of the State Correctional Institution at Phoenix who contends that an over two-year delay in approval for hip replacement surgery has caused his further physical deterioration. The physicians are represented by Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby. The case is 2:22-cv-00487, Ludwig v. Weiner et al.
