Barley Snyder has announced that Matthew L. Guthrie has been elected to the firm's partnership. Guthrie's move to partner became effective Jan. 1.
Guthrie is a member of the firm's real estate, trusts and estates and business practice groups. Guthrie came to the firm in 2019 when his firm Guthrie, Nonemaker, Yingst & Hart joined Barley Snyder in its Hanover office.
Through more than three decades, Guthrie maintains a diverse practice of law that includes real estate, wills, trusts and estates, business law, and family law matters.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
