McNees Wallace & Nurick announced Feb. 1 the addition of local government professional David W. Kratzer Jr. to the McNees strategic solutions group, the firm's full-service government affairs, grassroots advocacy and nonprofit consulting team.
Kratzer will also serve as managing consultant of Keystone Municipal Solutions (KMS), a subsidiary launched in 2021 to provide municipalities with interim management and professional consulting services.
Its professionals serve municipalities across Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. KMS offers a range of services customized to fit the needs of municipalities experiencing leadership transitions or other management challenges. In addition to temporary manager services, KMS offers manager recruitment, training, professional development and mentoring services; special project assistance; strategic management consulting; and consulting for human resources, budget and finance, police operations and regionalization or shared services efforts.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
