SPX Flow Inc. and its corporate directors were hit with a shareholder lawsuit Friday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court over the company's planned $3.8 billion sale to an affiliate of Lone Star Funds. The court action was brought by Grabar Law Office on behalf of Marc Waterman. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-00561, Waterman v. SPX Flow, Inc. et al.
