Bombatch of Steptoe & Johnson PLLC have entered appearances for Westminster College and Title IX coordinator Carllos Lassiter in a pending lawsuit pertaining to campus sexual assault. The suit was filed Jan. 14 in Pennsylvania Western District Court by Schmidt Kramer PC on behalf of a female student who claims that the school failed to appropriately respond to and investigate her reports of sexual assault.
