Wilkes-Barre Hospital Co. and Dr. Clark Gerhart were hit with a medical malpractice lawsuit Friday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court. The court action was brought by R.J. Marzella & Associates on behalf of Janice Chapman and Les Chapman. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:22-cv-00209, Chapman v. Gerhart et al.
