Barley Snyder filed a lawsuit against the federal government Monday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court seeking U nonimmigrant status and employment authorization on behalf of an anonymous Mexican national. The complaint is pursuant to the Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act. The case is 1:22-cv-00216, Doe v. Mayorkas et al.
