Lawyers at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin on Tuesday removed a lawsuit against North Beaver Township, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania to Pennsylvania Western District Court. The suit, for claims related to residential land developments, was filed by Verterano & Manolis on behalf of Jackson Trails Ltd. The case is 2:22-cv-00294, Jackson Trails, Ltd. v.
