Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young announced that attorney Michael Tang has joined the firm's Philadelphia office as an associate in the business department.
Tang represents public and private companies on business and corporate transactional matters. His practice includes securitization, structured finance and general corporate work. Outside of the firm, Tang serves on the board of directors of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania.
Before joining Stradley Ronon, Tang was a corporate tax associate at EY, an international Big Four accounting firm in Philadelphia, where he advised Fortune 500 companies on transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.
