Nike was sued Friday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court over alleged racial employment discrimination. The lawsuit was brought by Sidney L. Gold & Associates on behalf of Wayne Hruslinski. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-00714, Hruslinski v. Nike Retail Services, Inc.
