Tucker Arensberg has welcomed Courtney Helbling to the firm. Helbling focuses her practice on bankruptcy, insolvency and creditor's rights.

Prior to working at Tucker, Helbling served four years as a judicial law clerk to U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Thomas P. Agresti of the Western District of Pennsylvania. After her judicial clerkship, she served assistant district attorney in the Crawford County District Attorney's Office where she represented the commonwealth of Pennsylvania prosecuting crimes ranging from summary appeals to felonies.

Before pursuing her legal career, Helbling worked in the environmental field and interned at Presque Isle State Park in Erie and the Southwest Louisiana Wildlife Refuge Complex in Cameron Prairie, Louisiana. These experiences focused on ecosystem and invasive species management.
