Personal injury law firm Laffey, Bucci & Kent announced that attorney Brian F. Lafferty Jr. has been promoted to partner of the firm.
Lafferty leads the firm's motor vehicle accident and premise liability divisions of the firm. An experienced civil and criminal trial attorney, Lafferty has represented thousands of plaintiffs in personal injury cases. He handles all types of motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, workers' compensation, Social Security disability and insurance bad faith cases.
Prior to joining Laffey Bucci, Lafferty managed his own law office for four years. Before that, he gained experience working at several law firms in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
