Counsel at McDonnell & Associates on Tuesday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Walmart and other defendants to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by the DeStefano Law Group on behalf of Joshua Hill. The case is 2:22-cv-00879, Hill v. Walmart Store #2263 et al.
