Saltz Mongeluzzi & Bendesky announced Wednesday it will represent the mother of a 12-year-old boy fatally shot by a Philadelphia police officer March 1.
Desiree Marie Frame has hired the firm to press for an investigation into the death of her son, Thomas "TJ" Siderio Jr., who was shot in the back while reportedly running from plain-clothes officers in the Girard Estates section of South Philadelphia.
