In-Person Disability Adjudication in the Age of COVID, a Fraught Path Forward
Given the demographics of the population of applicants for disability benefits—many of whom are the very individuals who are at high risk of a bad outcome from a COVID infection—disability claimants' perspectives and particular risk profiles should also be included in these plans.

The local field offices have mostly been accessible by phone only and the disability hearing offices have shifted to phone and video hearings.
