The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission fired an Indian American employee in part due to his race and national origin, a Pennsylvania jury found, but the employee will not receive damages for that discrimination. In a split outcome for the disputing parties, the jury determined that the commission would have terminated the employee, Biju George, regardless of his race.
