Software company Citrix Systems and members of its board were slapped with a shareholder action Thursday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court in connection with the company's proposed sale to private equity investors. The case, filed by the Grabar Law Office on behalf of Marc Waterman, arises from a planned $16.5 billion acquisition of Citrix by affiliates of Vista Equity Partners and Elliott Investment Management. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-00917, Waterman v. Citrix Systems, Inc. et al.
