The University of Pennsylvania and Joanne Rosenthal were hit with a lawsuit Friday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court over alleged wage-and-hour violations. The suit was brought by Weir Greenblatt Pierce on behalf of Richard Shellenberger for the alleged failure to pay overtime wages for overtime hours work. The case is 2:22-cv-00943, Shellenberger v. University Of Pennsylvania et al.
