Heather R. Olson and Stephen Kulp have recently joined the Tucker Law Group, Olson as counsel and Kulp as an associate.
Olson's practice focuses on complex commercial and products liability litigation. Olson litigates in both federal and state courts. She has managed a variety of commercial matters, including obtaining a multimillion-dollar verdict for a commercial landlord.
Before joining Tucker Law Group, Olson most recently was a member at Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott where she worked in the commercial litigation and products liability groups. Earlier in her career, she worked at both Reed Smith and DLA Piper.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
