Michele R. Punturi, shareholder and director of the workers' compensation department at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been named a fellow of the College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers.
The College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers was established to honor attorneys who have distinguished themselves in the practice of workers' compensation law. Punturi is among a select group of attorneys in Pennsylvania, and across the country, who have earned this honor.
Punturi devotes her practice to the defense of workers' compensation matters, representing self-insureds, insurance companies and employers.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
