Counsel at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young on Tuesday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against the Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Tokio Marine Holdings, to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit, which was filed by Anderson Kill PC on behalf of Definitions Private Training Gyms Inc., pursues business interruption coverage amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The case is 2:22-cv-01106, Definitions Private Training Gyms Inc. v. Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company.
