The judge overseeing the employment litigation between Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby and its former marketing chief granted dual motions last week to quash a third-party subpoena served on Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, court records show.

The latest development in Ragone v. Weber Gallagher finds counsel for former Weber Gallagher chief marketing officer Ellen Ragone in an unsuccessful bid to build a case using information pertaining to her successor Valerie Lyons’ prior tenure at Morgan Lewis.
