Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney and Dickinson Wright filed a trademark infringement lawsuit Wednesday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court on behalf of Bestway Inflatables & Material Corp. The suit accuses Lazysize and Dorothea Mills of selling Bestway products on Lazysize's website without proper authorization. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
