Lawyers at Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller on Thursday removed an environmental lawsuit against 3M, BASF, Carrier Global, Corteva Agriscience, DuPont, Chemours and other defendants to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Bucks County and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, which both accuse the defendants of contaminating their the groundwater, soil and other natural resources. The case is 2:22-cv-01131, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Acting By and Through Bucks County District Attorney Matthew Weintraub et al v. 3M Company (f/k/a Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Co.) et al.
