Attorneys at Archer & Greiner on Friday removed a class action against the City of Philadelphia to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by attorney Robert F. Salvin on behalf of drivers who accuse the city of impounding their motor vehicles without providing a specific reason, a specific fine amount or clear instructions on how to request a hearing. The case is 2:22-cv-01155, Ferebee v. Macklin et al.
