Lawyers at Ballard Spahr on Thursday removed a lawsuit against Citibank, the subsidiary of multinational investment bank Citigroup, to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit, over claims related to the fraudulent transfer of $55,000 in funds, was filed by Brown McGarry Nimeroff on behalf of Chemalloy Company. The case is 2:22-cv-01143, Chemalloy Company, LLC v. Citibank, N.A.
