Attorneys at the Nicolson Law Group on Wednesday removed a lawsuit against Home Depot and Electrolux Home Products Inc. to Pennsylvania Middle District Court. The complaint, over property damage arising from an allegedly faulty top-freezer refrigerator, was filed by Aaron & Prince on behalf of Windsor-Mount Joy Mutual Ins.
