Insurance LitigationHartford Financial Services subsidiary the Twin City Fire Insurance Company was hit with an insurance coverage lawsuit Monday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The court action was filed by the Law Office of Donna M. DiPietro on behalf of Soft Pretzel Franchise Systems Inc. The court action seeks a declaratory judgment that the defendant has a duty to defend and indemnify the plaintiff in an underlying personal injury lawsuit. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-01277, Soft Pretzel Franchise Systems Inc. v. Twin City Fire Insurance Company et al.
