Duane Morris filed a trade secret lawsuit Tuesday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court on behalf of Robson Forensic. The suit targets Exigent Global and former Robson employee Anthony J. Shinsky for allegedly misappropriating confidential information. The suit also accuses Exigent of 'raiding' Robson's team of forensic experts. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 5:22-cv-01309, Robson Forensic, Inc. v. Shinsky et al.
