Anapol Weiss announced that Paola Pearson has been named a partner in the firm.
Pearson has been with the firm since 2014 and has established herself as a voice in class action and mass tort litigation.
As an associate, Pearson was appointed to the plaintiffs' executive committee (PEC) of the multidistrict litigation (MDL) for injured consumers alleging products liability claims involving Elmiron, a prescription drug used to treat interstitial cystitis and painful bladder syndrome.
