Personal injury law firm Laffey, Bucci & Kent announced that attorney Alexandria MacMaster recently spoke at the American Bar Association (ABA) business law section panel titled, "A Charitable Exploration of Bankruptcy Issues Affecting Nonprofits."
The presentation took place April 1.
MacMaster was joined on the panel by U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Frank Bailey of the District of Massachusetts, Judith Ross of Ross & Smith, James Sheehan of the New York Attorney General's Office, Andrew Troop of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman and Brent Weisenberg of Lowenstein Sandler.
