Finding the court lacked subject-matter jurisdiction, a federal judge in Pennsylvania has dismissed a case seeking an injunction against President Joe Biden’s executive order mandating vaccines for federal employees, but plaintiffs counsel said he is considering trying again.

Two federal government employee unions, along with two government employees, sought a preliminary injunction against the implementation of Biden’s executive order mandating that federal government employees receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
