Elected and Appointed
Peter J. Tucci, a partner in Fox Rothschild's Philadelphia office, was recently named co-chair of the mergers and acquisitions practice.
Tucci handles a variety of corporate matters, both domestic and international. He represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate finance, joint ventures and insurance and reinsurance transactions.
He provides general corporate representation to many public and private companies, with a particular focus on advising European companies entering the U.S. market. Tucci also serves as chair of the firm's international practice group.

The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls.
