Meritor Inc., a manufacturer of special-use automotive components, and members of its board of directors were hit with a shareholder lawsuit Monday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court over the company's proposed acquisition by Cummins Inc. The suit, brought by Grabar Law Office on behalf of Jeffrey D. Justice II, claims that the proxy statement filed in support of the transaction fails to disclose material information regarding Meritor's financial projections. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-01496, Justice, II v. Meritor, Inc. et al.
