Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr announced that partner Elizabeth U. Witmer has been appointed as the vice chair of the transactional department in the firm's Chesterbrook office, effective Feb. 23.
Witmer was formerly the real estate practice vice chair.
Witmer advises natural gas companies, public and private utilities and commercial developers about interstate pipeline development, eminent domain/condemnations, land use matters and appellate litigation.
